taking all my money from old mutual

I was working for Nedbank and i resigned, i got some of the money for my provident fund but i was told not to take all my money then i invested R20 000 of which last year i took R7000 and i was told that i wont be taking any money until i reach the age of 65 Years. last week i phoned to ask to take all my money to a bank where i can invest but they refused but i don't understand because we are talking about my money which i worked hard for it all these years how can i get controlled over my money just like that. please help Hello Peter i really need help.
