TAKEN FROM PILLAR TO POSTS AND NTHE MONEY IS NOT PAID

MRS TD Duma has a funeral/Life cover and a retirement annuity that she had opened way back. She is now on pension and has app**** for the surrender on these policies but she is being taken from pillar to post.

every time she is asked to come and check the process and she is promised that the money is coming before the end of the week. more than 2 months have gone by without getting all the monies due. she did get a small fraction from the funeral/life cove but not everything.

She is on pension and reliant on this money to survive but nothing is happening.

This is the same experience we got when we lost my dad and we had to take loans for burrying him because the money was not paid till a month later
