Taken For a Ride

I would like to lodge a complaint against Old Mutual for failure to honor a contractual obligation. I had taken a retirement annuity Portfolio effective 1.1.2015 for R5500 Pm & have now requested that the amount be reduced to R500 Pm with no luck. The financial adviser informs me this will no be possible as she will be \penalized".
