SYSTEM ERROR! NO COMPETENT PEOPLE TO SORT OUT ISSUES!!!!!!!!!!!!11

My brother took out life cover for him and our parents in 2017. All three's life cover goes off with one debit order. My Dad is now very sick and we inquired about the cover. We were informed a debit order didn't go off in 2017, therefor my Dad's cover is not active. We were never informed. But funny enough the other 2 life policies are fine and active. We have phoned numerous times. Emailed and registered a complaint. To no avail!!!!!!!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICES!!!!!!!!! during the times we need you the most .....shame on you OLD MUTUAL
