I would like to thank the consultant who handled my complaint she kept me updated on every step of the way during resolution process and I was informed that my money would be reversed as soon as I provided proof of payment which I did yesterday and by the end of the day the money was back in my account...<br> Thanks a million for your efficiency and professionalism in dealing with my complaint.
