SUSPICIOUS *****

I had an educational plan and retirement plan at Old Mutual of which I opened years ago more than 5now and this year I decided to go and check if everything of mine is still going according to our agreement only to find thats not the case, they have closed the educational plan without my consent and when I ask they tell me that they decided to close it and they’re not giving me a proper explanation on top of that on April I went there again to ask for some of my money of R10 000 which was given to me with no problem with my consent I used the money as I had wanted it for personal reasons. September 30 I went to check again for my money to see how much I have left only for them to tell me that I don’t have available funds as they have sent me R12 000 to my shock I have never asked them to give me this amount they’re telling me that I came back in June to ask for the money of which I didn’t the only time I went was in April now I need explanation as to why would they give me R12000 without my consent and no message was sent to me to verify that I want that amount of money 😡😡honestly I am fed up with Old Mutual people I want my money back and further explanations to the statements that they gave and I also want something that shows that I agreed to closing my accounts because I never signed anything to that
