Suspension of account for no reason

Not even worth the 1 star. I phoned in on 27th to have a debit order reversed, one that has been done before and they suspend my account after telling me it will be reversed in 48hours. I go to the branch and I'm told that I must apply for a new ID first before I can have my account unsuspended. I must now go and find money from who knows where to apply for something that will take long to come, for something I did not request!
