Susan Christopher went the extra mile for me
Susan Christopher gave feedback on a daily basis. She went an extra mile in getting my request facilitated by the Cape Town Head Office. She made completing forms easy for me and even on her last day at the Southgate Mall, she kept her promise of providing feedback to me. I appreciate her excellent service very much, I hope Old Mutual values her as an employee.
