Surrendering a policy
I went to Old Mutual customerr center to surrender my policy. I spoke to one of their consultants n submitted all my documents. I asked him specifically:\When will the money be in my account?"he said :\""by Wednesday morning 6am.\"" I even tried to contact Old Mutual customer care. I call nobody pics up only music playing finishing my airtime"
