surrendered policy

I have been with old mutual for three years without problems until last year they increased the premiums after having informed me with was OK with me. Then I realised that the premiums has gone sky rocketing. I made inquires then they informed me it was error at our head office payroll. I inquired at our headoffice only to find that was not the case. When i approched them again alas no we will refund it woch they did and was even promised that this will not happen again. This has been happening from last year october until i was fedup and decided to surrender because they themselve cant correct their mistake.on the 10 may this year i cancelled my conyract and was h?ppy that my problems are over and i cant belive it is over.i didnt know that this was a beginong of marathon calls to the contact center.even today they are still deducting my money and for them to refund is a thorn in my mind. I will rate it 0 for every thing. <br> I dont recommend any one to go there.now today they still need the payslip and to add salt to thewound they told me that. I cant get my money only in five working days.
