Surrender investment instead of part withdrawal
On last Saturday (27-02-21) I went to Old Mutual Festival Mall branch to do some part-withdrawal from my investment account. Today (02-03-21) I was shock when I went through my portfolio in my Old Mutual to see that my investment is no longer there. Instead the guy who was helping me decided to surrender my investment which I never ask. If he was not sure he would have ask me, not surrendered my policy without me asking for that. .
