Surrender

Very disapointed in Old Mutual Staff, they very ***********, did an RA surrender 3 weeks already, I was informed that it should be surrended any time between 3 to 7 days. To my surpruise when I call the centre after 3 weeks to follow up, I was informed it couldnt be surrended because they thought I have 2 names (some stupid excuse which I can’t really recall it didnt make sense) which they never bothered to call me about the issue or even mail
