superfund withdrawal funds delayed
I made a superfund withdrawal 2 months ago i am still waiting for the payment even today, when i do a follow up the consultants are telling me its pending authorization for almost the whole month, i sent an complaint on a provided email address nothing is still being done, no response no communication or response i always have to follow up with my own airtime .

15 Oct 2024, 20:56It is not with regard to my two-port withdrawal resigned at my workplace in July we submitted a withdrawal claim in August. I still haven't gotten the funds after numerous calls to the superfund department
