Superfund withdrawal drama

I called old mutual regarding my super fund claim since I have resigned from my employer. I was told they received the withdrawal documents on the 2nd of July and that it will take 22 business days to process the withdrawal, the lady also said I must give her my banking details. Today I called to check on the status cause I an expecting payout by the 27th July and some lady says they won’t process because my tax number is wrong then I asked her when they were planning to tell me, then she says they called me on the 19th, then I called why they didn’t email or call again like they do when they want us to take out policies. She said the payout will be delayed by another 10 business days, that will not happen at all, first I called to fix my account details then today it’s tax number. Please cancel my retirement fund as well. Old Mutual is a disgusting and unprofessional company that I never wanna deal with, ever. I am expecting my money by the 27th still, don’t want stories
