Superfund Withdrawal delays

A superfund withdrawal was submitted on my behalf on the 31st of August 2024 by my former employer. I then called after 6 weeks and was told that SARS notice of registration and Bank confirmation letter were missing (which were already submitted by my former employer), which I did then re-submit. Now I am on 10 weeks and counting (2 1/2 months) and I am yet to receive my claim nor any feedback to that regard. This is very frustrating and disappointing. Every time I call I am told the same thing that it has been escalated.
