Superfund retirement claim

Old Mutual has got to be the worst I’ve ever had to deal with , my claim was logged on the 1st of October and suddenly got stuck on disinvestment stage and when I follow initially they told me there was an error on my claim and they kept telling me it’s being escalated each time I follow. I was told the claim will take 30 days when I followed up on Monday they advised they are waiting for authorisation and the it’s been over 30 days now I still haven’t received my money.Beside the fact that you will hold for an hour before you finally get to speak to an agent and when you do get hold of them they are unhelpful.
