Superfund pension fund

I have never experienced so much frustration, there is absolutely no way of getting a hold of the superfund pension fund from Old Mutual. I have tried everything. the SMS does not help, the emails are never rep****, the call centre literally never picks up the lines. Is there a way of getting through to these people???
