SuperFund pay out/customer service

Good day

Can someone please assist. Last year i requested my superfund to pay out. The amount that was paid out, did not correspond to the amount I was told would be paid out. My previous employer and I have emailed and phoned in countless times and we cant seem to get anywhere with this query. We always get the same response that the query has been escalated but still we cant seem to get anywhere.
