Superfund not so Super after all
A month later and my withdrawal claim hasn't even been processed. Nomsa promised to call me back EOB on Tuesday, that didn't happen. I requested her to send me an email explaining what's happening with my claim, apparently she is not allowed to send email. She can only tell me, she cant put it on mail, huh? The only thing that came out of a 30 min long call (15 min of it holding for a consultant) is that she will escalate it. Whats going on Old Mutual!?
