Superfund is not so super

So I resigned in July and to date I havent received my claim from Old Mutual superfund. I sent an email at first which took 2 weeks for them to respond and the email said they are still busy. I just decided to call, holding on for 15minutes only to be told that the my claim is part of a section 14, I asked for a turn around time agent told she doesnt know. No one informed me of this until I called. I feel this is totally unacceptable as we are now in November and I have to keep following up only to be told they are still busy.
