Superfund Incompetence
I am so fustrated with Old Mutual Superfund Provident fund, the way they relate together with an employer is a **************** and depriving us of our monies. I left my employement last year may-2020 and have been trying to get access to my provident fund but old Mutual is not helpful at all. Old Mutual has bad services when it comes to resolving matters and ***********. I am still now waiting for my provident fund money.

I am not really satisfied by your explaination regarding this matter since I have long left the employ of my former employer had still called and email old mutual on numerous occasions to have the matter resolved so that I can get my money. Old mutual should stop colluding with employer who want to hold on ex employees money. Now the matter has been referred to Pension fund adjudicator for consideration. I just only need my money from your Superfund scheme.
