Superfund deliberately delaying claims to avoid paying

Can someone tell me why Superfund has taken so long to pay out to the beneficiaries on a Death Claim? My father passed away 1 year 1 month ago and to date we have not received any payments despite having provided all the required documents.

Do i need to remind you guys that my father was a breadwinner and seeing that we are all unemployed we could really use the funds that you seem to deliberately not want to pay.

Whenever we call for an update we are taken from pillar to post, the agents will then tell you that our query will be escalated and a manager will call us back but to date none of that has happened.

You keep saying you are waiting for an ROT but please tell me this: 1. how is it that you are waiting for an ROT which you have yourselves failed to sent to Wealth 2. Wealth has on numerous occasions sent email communication to you requesting that you send them the correct document and link to complete and yet all you do is send them screenshots. What are they supposed to do with screenshots?

this is an obvious delay tactic on your side and shows a lot of incompetence and disregard for the suffering that you people are causing us.

We lodged numerous complaints regarding this matter, we are told about 5 days in which to respond to those complaints, How ridiculous is that.

What irate me even more is the fact that an unemployed person like myself would have to spend money they don't have to buy airtime to call your offices for feedback, only to be on hold for 20-25min before the call is even answered, and when it is eventually answered we get sent from pillar to post with no clear indication as to what the real reason payment is not being made is.

Written communication stipulated that payment processes would be done would be done within 14 business days, then another email sent said we must wait 7 business days for everything to be processed however to date we have been waiting for 2 months to be paid. That's absurd!
