Superfund death claim

Hi, i am not happy with Old Mutual I've been trying to do a claim for the past 3mnths and they been sending me from pillow to post they keep sending me same documents i went to the branch different branches they put me through a phone to speak to claims department but they can't see any claim made and there's nothing they can do i don't know why they do that because old mutual is one of the best financial institution that people recommend to i wouldn't advise anyone to have an investment or anything them.
