Superfund Claim Payout

I am extremely dissatisfied with Old Mutual. After submitting my claim, I was shocked to find that the payout I received was significantly less than what I should have been entitled to. I only received 17% of my investment. Despite providing all necessary documentation and following their instructions, the payout was far below what I expected and what I believe is rightfully mine.

When I contacted customer service, they were not helpful in explaining why the payout was reduced, and the response was vague and uninformative. It feels like they are just trying to minimize their payout obligations rather than honor their promises and provide fair compensation.

I trusted Old Mutual but this experience has left me disappointed and questioning their integrity.
