Superfund Claim not paid after 3 months!!!!

I'm beyond livid at this point with how my Superfund claim is being handled. I resigned at Nedbank in October 2022, the Superfund claim form was filled in and submitted on the 28th of October 2022. I was told I need to wait 4 weeks to be removed from the system before the claim can be submitted. After numerous calls and different stories from Superfund consultants, on the 15th of December I was advised that the claim with take 15-20 working days to be processed. We are now wrapping up January and I still haven't received my Provident fund. I hate Old Mutual with every fibre in me. I'm subjected to so much financial distress and anxiety because of *********** and useless company that is keeping my money for no reason. I want my damn money Superfund!!!!
