SUPERFUND CLAIM ESCALTED FOR TO LONG

I have Superfund with old mutual which claim is being processed but however the claim is stuck stand still they says claim was escalated since last week 15th March

Old mutual Please sort your things as urgent as possible i need my money I can not suffer while o have lot of money withhold for nothing
