superfund claim

Docs was submitted on the 29/06/22, i called service centre on 11/07/22 to be told they still awaiting settlement letter from STD bank pension back lending. I called STD bank only to discover the settlement letter was sent to OM on 08/07/22 already. I called again to OM service center on 12/07/22, they confirmed everything was received and next step is for tax directive needs to be app**** for at SARS, consultant couldn't give me the expected time for application for the tax directive because they still within their SLA. Previously ive app**** for a claim in 2014 and and was paid within 10 working days. I just feel if there is nothing else outstanding why prolonging or delay the claim even though you are still within the SLA??
