Superfund claim
Old mutual is a ****, i submitted a claim on the 8/ 1/2024 till today its not paid, ive been calling them and trust me everyone is trained to **** and lie to clients. Everytime a call the tell me different stories and i i further pouse questions they say the will escalate the matter. Its been 2weeks now since my claim is with authorisation. I dont know how a reputable company like this can hire people that dont know how to conduct their duties. They dont keep to their promises especially when it comes to their claims. Their service is a ****..

31 Dec 2024, 16:34My claim is not yet paid Old mutual does not have a sence of agency, they just reply to our complaints and do nothing, again im embarassed i called yesterday because no one was calling to update i was told that the issue was sorted and when i call in today im being told the very same thing meaning that there is no action. Is there anything i need to do because im tied of all this and it getting me sick

02 Jan 2025, 18:36Im really disheartened by this Company on the 31st i was told that everything is in order they will escalate for the payment, when i call now they saying there is an investigation. This is all nonsence this Company need to be investigated.. again im saying its a ****... their consultants dont know their work. I spoke to Jayson and Asanda on the 31st both confirmed everything to be in order tha n today its something else.. this is a **** i cant deal with this only if i knew i wasnt gonna put my self into this mess of a Company..
