Superfund Claim

Good morning

This is absolutely ridiculous. It's been an uphill battle to get my payment.

I have made numerous calls to Old Mutual, and the claim keeps being escalated. It's been over two months now, and I need my money.

I have spent so much money on calls, who is going to reimburse for all the money spent? I've been to the Parow branch already and they could not provide any resolution. I have also escalated this to the complaints department, but no one has gotten back to me with actual feedback. My patience is running out. I have no choice but to put this on Hello Peter. mails was send to Harriet Swartz ,Shanaaz Scholtz, Ilse Kleynhaus it was send even to the Arbitrator emails aswell.
