Superfund claim

I've claimed from Old Mutual Superfund from April, up until now I haven't received my funds and I'm the who has to call them for updates. They don't do any follow-ups with regards to your claim. On the 27th of June they said, after 3 working days I will receive my funds. Till now I haven't, PLEASE HELP!.
