Super fund provident fund dispute.

My name is Mokgethi Nkashe, last week i wrote a review about the old mutual super fund and they responded to this review promptly but what they failed to disclose is that their, "it takes 15-20 working days" for a claim to pay out was a lie because they are now saying that the claim has to go to SARS and then somebody has to "Authorise" and verify the claim, even thou they paid my savings pot that had R 820.00, funny thing is i spoke to 6 if not 7 different consultants and none of them saw it fit to disclose this information, how is it that I've been determinated from my company and didn't get paid but I'm still jumping through hoops to get my money, i don't get it, old mutual, 0% transparency, unnecessary procedures, i actually think they don't want to give me my money, that time my kid is sick and I urgently need it, imagine.
