When cause on MARCH this year I was attended by are lady on the telephone her name is NOSIPIWE she told me the same thing that they ARE going to do through investigation....so its October now so u told me tht ur going to investigation about this matter I had enough with ur empty promises please can u give whats belongs to me cause that's my money but I see that have customer service and ur staff members they don't read there job description and do what it state on their job description......HOW can u do investigation for seven months and ontop of that u don't call me to brief me about my claim cause if I remember well i started claim on January and u gave me false stories that leave ur name&surname and cell no....can u please give me what belongs to me,I have all the statements that shows that OLD MUTUAL CORPORATE has got my money
