Super fund claim not processed

I resigned last year December from my previous company, till today I haven't received my money from old mutual, every time I call that are busy telling to wait for 7 working days , they told me from last month , I wonder what is happening with my superfund , how am I supposed to do things if I don't get my money, it's easy to deduct but to pay someone back their savings it's hard , I was thinking of joining old mutual bank but if it goes like this its a BIG NOO
