Sucky service

I am highly disappointed and very frustrated as the service I am getting from Old Mutual is rather pathetic! Firstly the documents for my claim was accepted and signed for by the legal secretary Lesley Anne Vermeulen who sat on this up until now as I had to go to their offices myself to submit documents already received by legal department. My question is, what did she do with them?? Now almost 2 months later I am told that the claim is not compliant without any reason, so the same department who did nothing from the beginning is now saying claim is not compliant with no explanation. Your service really sucks
