SUB STANDARD COMMUNICATION PROTOCOL
There is absolutely NO Communication platform....it took me 3 mails, 13 calls @ 3h 23 min to eventually find the most brilliant consultant, Nozuko Ntwanambi, who finally came to my rescue...and after her officual working hours assisted me with my problem.... Nozuko should consider posts at M***m Life who assisted me after one call only, with the exact same problem.
