Stupid process/****mers
I cancelled my insurance with them and they are telling me that they will still deduct the premium and only after 7 days they will confirm of the premium has been successful and I will only get my refund on the 25 of September of which it is unfair for me because I have to wait for a month to get my refund back. I am not happy with them and I don’t even recommend anyone to use Old Mutual. I don’t want them to deduct anything because I have cancelled my contract with them.
