Struggling to get my pension fund payout

I am divorced and after finally receiving my final decree of divorce I app**** for my money on the 13th of January.<br> They told me it will take 21 days to pay out the funds. It has been four weeks now and still no payout. Now they tell me they are busy migrating the fund and that after the completion of the migration it will only be payed out after another 90 days. This is unacceptable as I have debts to settle and I promised the debt companies settlement within 21 days. Now I have got to deal with them because I made the mistake of trusting the word of a supposed to be respectable and trustworthy company.
