STRUGGLING TO GET MY CLAIM SINCE 2016, BEYONG FRASTRATED NO ONE EVER GETS BACK TO ME

At this point I am just exhausted, I have been struggling with my claim since 2016 when my granny passed on, she had beneficiaries and I am one of them. I was told I needed a letter of executorship BUT WHY! MY NAME IS ON THERE IN BLACK AND WHITE, i HAVE BEEN TO EVERY SINGLE BRANCH IN PRETORIA. Can someone please please just get back to me and assist me, I have a email reference and you can see the email thread has been going on since 2017 I am at this point pas furious, as I have gathered some strength and sent through an email last week, BUT with no surprise no has gotten back to me to tell me what is going on, The branches are even more useless because when I go there they know absolutely ZERO they just pick up the phone and call the head office and you will wait for hours and finally you will need to leave the branch with a little bit of hope but here I AM 6years later and I am still in the same place, Please tell me what exactly it would take for you guys to finally help me? I am weak and pass existed. I call your call center and hold on for hours and the call gets put down in my ear with no even bothering to call you back. I have taken days off from work to try and sort this out but no one seems to have a clue of what is going on, I know I am being taken for a ride because I have NEVER IN MY LIFE STRUGGLED TO GET CLEARITY AND ASSISTANCE. cAN SOMEONE CALLL ME BACK AND RESPOND TO MY EMAIL WITH AN IMMIDIATE SOLUTION PLEASE, i AM IN TEARS WRITING THIS AS IT REALLY HAS BEEN VERY LONG MY EMAIL REFERENCE IS [OMWSC***] I have addressed my email to management, but it seems they dont care either?
