Struggling to cancel a savings policy at Old Mutual

I have been struggling with these people since 13 September to cancel a savings policy which I opened for my son, completed all the forms and still they deduct the policy fee at month end.

I have filled in and sent all the necessary forms but still, the incompetence at OLD Mutual is shocking!

I want my money returned asap and this policy cancelled with immediate effect!
