Stressed by remained calm

<p>I am taking this opportunity to Thank one of the Consultant at The Bridge who assisted me with my query. Although the process took longer than normal she remained proffessinal through out the process & she made me to remain calm too..At some point I wanted to take the business else where but because of the great service Yolanda Bawana has gaven me I remained . She is the true asset in the company. She made me laugh while I was stressed and she definately knows how to handle a stressed client.
