stop oder on wrong account

<br> Old mutual has been deducting money from my salary for 3 policies that belong to someone else. I have contacted nthabiseng who give my company a wrong employee number to deduct money on my pay for someone else's policies. she suggested I visit old mutual client service at south gate of which I did ( ref CE***). They promised to investigate and repay my money back . it has been over a week now, having provided them with my pay slips, ID and bank details with no feed back. to make things worse old mutual still deducts money from my November pay after I have told nthabiseng that the policies do not belong to me and she acknowledge their mistake of incorrectly deducting from employee (me).<br> The policies in question:<br> 69074N*** R 215.00<br> 69074N*** R180.00<br> 69074P*** R131.44<br> <br> I want my MONEY BACK WITH INTEREST, I am fed-up with phone calls and up and downs to south gate client services. I have no confidence with old mutual process. I am actually considering cancelling the policies that have with them. bad PATHETIC service.
