STOP DISRESPECTING YOUR CLIENTS
Good evening,
I'm Mateboho Meliccia Ndumo, ID :***, please clarify, the Agreement I have with Old Mutual is that all my Debit must be deducted on the last day of the month, surprisingly you have a tendency of debiting any day from the 25th. I'm getting my salary on the last day of the month, not on the 25th. Now my bank is sending messages that my bank account is on minus due to old mutual debiting on the wrong date. You just decides to change debit order date without communicating with me.

29 Aug 2022, 18:22At the moment my bank account is on minus, who's going to be responsible for those bank charges, normally you ask us to give you debit date, but after confirming date with me you just debit whenever you want.
