Stop deducting money for cancelled policies.
Old mutual is continuing deducting money from my account after i have written to them several times to cease the deductions and they promised to stop the deductions. Earlier today, money was taken from my account for this two cancelled policies (Policy Agreement : ***B4 and Policy Agreement: 69210P***)
So what must happen for Old Mutual to take their clients seriously?
