STOP COMMITTING *****/*****ING AND BRING BACK MY MONEY

I have 2 loans and a funeral cover with Old Mutual. I went to their branch in Cresta mall to make arrangements because I was no working but for months Old Mutual is been debiting me their actual installments and the arrangement amount, all in all I have been paying my installments twice what a pain and inconvenience. I went to Randburg branch to inquire about the other 2 debit orders and also to inform them that I am working they can change my debit order date, the response I got from the consultant was that at least I am going to finish paying my loans quicker. What an inconvenience for me because I could have finished my other loan and my funeral has not been debiting. According to my calculations I should be done with one loan (Balance R433.82 debit went through on the 20th of this month, 2 loan balance (12175.68- 1118.87). Can I please get an explanation to all of this not an apology
