stinging attitude

<p>So my grandmother is diseased and after the funeral we went to old mutual Jabulani Mall on the 20th of May 2017 and advise of my grandmothers death and there we were asked for my granny's spose's bank statemend and copy of an ID .????? if the death certificate is written "WIDOWED", where are we suppose to get the bank statement from? Fast forward to today,where we recieved a letter informing us of the funds they had processed on my granny's account and they want us to deposit it back. We have no problem with that. I called in and spoke to Nandile Tom who when i started i asked what she mean they were not aware if we told them. however that was not important to me but this; i fuurther told her that, that account is closed we have no access to it and to be honest we do not care how much is in there(we would rather have my granny here and not the money). She then asked me whats my granny's death date. now this is where she really ****ed me and i couldnt take her attitude as i had to repeat things to her, SHE WAS NOT LISTENING or PLAIN ASSUMING!! me: She passed on the 4th of May 2017 bu...she interjects and says thats not the information we have. I then told her if youmay just let me finish you would understand(i am not gonna answer question as she wants me to). I then was given a chance to finish my statement which finishes with, but her on her death certificate it is written the 5th of May 2017. she still has the never to tell me they go with what is on the death certificate. Now, who disputed that? she asked a question and i answered.I then ask her what would be the process since we dont have that money that was transferred(maybe she mistaken me and i thought i said WE DONT HAVE MONEY. my assumption from her reply). she rudely said, you will have to make a plan to have that deposited back. I then told her, the same way you guys put,it is the same you will take it out. Now as much as i wanted to be helpful i cant because of her attitude. I asked her to call ABSA or go and take there because Really that account is closed with money even before your guys deposit. Which means that the money is with ABSA still. But i am more angry at her attitude, how dare she speaks to me like i am her friend who she has issues with!!</p>
