Still waiting!!! Same case different days

<p>I'm writing to you with serious frustration. Same case different days. I got a refund from Spree processed back into my account on the 20th of October. Its a month later and the money still doesnt reflect in my account. I logged a query with your support desk and was told it would take 10-45 working days to get feedback from Bidvest bank. I find this a bit of an issue, as this is the second time this is happening. I suppose this will always be an issue because Old mutual is just a third party reliant on Bidvest bank , to top it off you are not even allowed to contact Bidvest bank directly. I'm disappointed.</p>
