Still waiting on Old Mutual for my payout

I changed bank accounts about 10 years ago and I had an annuity that was paying me out on a monthly basis for the rest of my life. I contacted Old Mutual telephonically and the lady was very helpful and sent through the change of banking details form at which time I emailed through 3 months bank statements as proof and an electronic copy of my ID, this was two days ago.<br> <br> I have heard nothing from them and I was hoping that they would sort this out ASAP as there is a backlog of around 10 years worth of payouts due to me.<br> <br> I want some service please!
