Still waiting for withdrawal 3 months later!!

I app**** for a withdrawal towards the end of March and 3 week later I received an sms saying my application was being processed.. Another 3 weeks down the line I was asked to submit a bank statement and tax certificate mind you this was via sms and without any email address nor fax numberto send those to... It was after a week that I was only given the email address.. I sent what they had asked and a few weeks later I received another sms saying they were still waiting for my documents and I could just submit then at any of their branch as another option which I did... Until this day I have not heard anything from Old mutual.. This has been a nightmare, this has got to be the worst service provider ever... It now going to be 3 months without any assistance..
