Still waiting for someone to call me back !!!!!

I downloaded the App and it's not at all helpful.

I have an Educational Policy for my daughter and I am trying to retrieve those funds as she is Matriculating this year and has app**** with UNISA

After a long phone call, I spoke to a lady who advised that "Samantha" will contact me. I am still waiting for that call since 01/09/2020. Could someone please contact me urgently !!!
