<p>I went into Cresta Branch to put in an application to surrender my policy, because I have had just about enough of old mutual. ***... To date, I am STILL waiting for the courtesy of a response as to WHEN the money will be paid out... Your level of service is appalling to say the least. Please email me back as I teach all day.</p>
